Enough With the Inflammatory Racist Language, People!
Have we now, as a nation, finally reached the point where racist rhetoric and messaging has moved from dog whistle code to forthright plain speech? Between Pat Buchanan calling President Obama "your boy" to Al Sharpton and GOP congressman Doug Lamborn calling President Obama a "tar baby" all in the same week, it would appear the Conservative fear of a black president is finally out of the closet. These examples further confirm my suspicions that the current, conservative GOP/Tea Party trades in fear and racism as one of its cohesive themes. Way to go with the inflammatory, racist language people! It only clarifies that you are a throwback to a shameful age, no longer relevant to a strong, rich American future.
